The Contract Administration Division of the General Services Department coordinates documentation covering contractual obligations between the Town of Collierville and various vendors, contractors and service providers.  Actions include, but are not limited to, payments, delivery schedules and milestones, renewals, discontinuations or closeouts, construction agreements and professional services agreements.

The Contract Administration Division:

  • Maintains a database of all Town contracts and insurance certificates.
  • Monitors all open contracts for compliance to terms and conditions.
  • Assists all departments with processing required documents (i.e. payments, amendments, change orders, etc.).
  • Informs departments when contract renewal deadlines are approaching.
  • Monitors Town special project contracts as assigned.
