Jimmy Lott is presently serving his fourth term on the Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen. He has lived in Collierville for 35 years and is an active participant in community activities. He was a member of the first Board of Zoning Appeals, served 12 years on the Collierville Planning Commission and currently serves as liaison to the Parks Board.

Mr. Lott is a member and past president of the Collierville Rotary Club, a Paul Harris Fellow, a long time member of the Collierville Chamber of Commerce, and a 2006 graduate of Leadership Collierville.

Mr. Lott is a member of Collierville First Baptist Church where he is on the Board of Trustees and Building Steering Committee. Each summer he works as Construction Coordinator on projects from Alabama to Alaska for World Changers, a division of the North American Mission Board. He is also President/Owner of Tull Glass Inc. located in Collierville.

Jimmy and his wife, Dot, have been married for 46 years and have one son, Allen, and three grandchildren who all live in the Collierville area.
