Bailey Station Elementary opened in August, 2005. The building includes a computer lab, a learning center, art and music classrooms and 8 classrooms for Students with special needs. Collierville Elementary beefed up its computer based curriculum even more by adding 30 Macintosh computers and printers for use within each classroom. In-classroom computers at the 36-year-old school will feature an array of software from math and reading to social studies and science. Spirit is the operative word when it comes to this school. Not only does this busy elementary student body have a school song, it has a newspaper, yearbook, art room with kiln, computer technology center, art-fostering program, fund raisers, silver and navy blue school colors, and much more. Sycamore is located at 1155 Sycamore on an 18-acre site. The two-story building provides 64 teaching stations which include two computer labs, two science labs, two music classrooms, an art room, plus a gymnasium. A school-wide computer data network will be provided. Every instructional space will have Internet access. Tara Oaks features intramural sports, community programs, a school newspaper, and unique before-school programs such as spelling bees, critical thinking experiences, art, drama/theater arts and study buddies. Collierville Middle School is housed on the campus that for many years was home to Collierville High School. The school's focus is on achievement, attitude and accountability. Since 1973, the school has served students in grades six through eight. The school has many enrichment programs, including math, language, algebra I for eighth grade, Apex for sixth grade and more. A warm welcome to Collierville's newest school! The campus is located on the southern portion of the beautiful Schilling Farms development, just south of Winchester, just west of Byhalia Road. Principal Sherry Phillips, who was principal at Collierville Middle School for 21 years, leads Schilling Farms. Collierville High School is part of a highly successful, motivational program called The Academic Excellence Program, recognizing students who have maintained either all A's or A's and B's the previous year or over consecutive years. Collierville seniors are quick to nab scholarships. Also, 97 percent of the school's seniors go on to attend 4-year colleges, junior colleges, or technical schools. CHS boasts strong sports teams, and a variety of band and music programs. Collierville High School is a new facility, and the largest in Shelby County, with its 300,000 square-foot facility on a 52-acre campus. Houston High School, one of the newest Shelby County high schools, is located in Shelby County's fastest growing suburban community of Germantown. The 45-acre campus adjoins a 25-acre city park and houses approximately 1,800 students in grades 9-12. Incarnation Elementary School Incarnation was founded in 2000 in response to a growing need for quality Catholic education in Collierville. As a part of the Memphis Diocesan School System, Incarnation builds on the many years of tradition and excellence that already exist in the Catholic schools of Memphis. Adding a grade every year, by the year 2005, the school will serve grades 4K-8. Approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools it offers a strong academic curriculum enhanced with weekly foreign language, art, music and PE and daily religion classes.Contact:

Central Day School and Central Learning Center are part of the Education Ministries of Central Church. The new campus is located at 2005 Winchester Blvd (near Bailey Station.) The Day School and Learning Center offer a strong, academic curriculum with a loving, Christian foundation for infants through 8th grade. Central Learning Center has full-time childcare programs for infants and toddlers, part-time and full-time Pre-K programs for 3 and 4 year-olds, as well as a Jr. Kindergarten. The Learning Center's before and after school care programs service the Collierville area schools. Central Day School, a member of ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International,) provides a caring, supportive atmosphere where students in grades K - 8 grow intellectually, spiritually, physically and socially.
